          Standalone Industrial HEPA Air Purifier is an in-room, ceiling mounted True HEPA air cleaner with UVC lamps that captures 99.99% of viruses including a surrogate for the COVID-19 virus. Suitable for offices, classrooms, retail stores, and other commercial applications looking for a long-term, commercial and industrial grade local HEPA solution, the product delivers a low cost, easy to install, ultra-quiet, and energy efficient alternative to costly HVAC system upgrades. Units can be mounted below the ceiling where their visibility provides peace of mind, or out of sight in the ceiling plenum. Each unit comes with a wall-mounted LCD display controller for easy monitoring and control.

          HVAC Load Reduction® (HLR) we call this the “Hero in our movie” as a metaphor. These HLR products come in three different versions. A rooftop unit, a mechanical room unit and a standalone unit. All of them improve indoor air quality and reduce HVAC costs in all commercial building types covered by ASHRAE Standard 62.1, the Standard for Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality. By cleaning the air in buildings, indoor air can be safely recirculated. This allows outside air requirements to be reduced by up to 85% using ASHRAE’s Indoor Air Quality Procedure (IAQP). Deploying HLR modules with ASHRAE’s IAQP can also deliver annual HVAC energy savings of up to 40%. The reduction of required outside air reduces the load on the HVAC system which enables the downsizing of new HVAC systems and saves energy, reduces carbon emissions, and extends equipment life. By combining HLR technology with ASHRAE’s Indoor Air Quality Procedure (IAQP), each HLR module delivers first cost savings of up to $25,000 by downsizing HVAC equipment by up to 20-tons of cooling load and 200 MBH of heating load. ROI or Surplus periods based on HVAC energy savings for target applications range from zero to five years depending on climate zone, operating hours, energy costs, building-specific installation costs, and utility incentives. This line of components has won “Product of the Year” at ASHRAE 2019 conference, was top three priorities for commercial HVAC energy efficiency in a study commissioned by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Awarded the prestigious 2016 R&D 100 Award.

This ensures that clean airflow is cooled by the coil without cross contamination. UVC Air purification technologies remove interior and exterior gaseous pollution sources such as tobacco smoke, cleaning solvents, off-gassing from building materials, human metabolic by-products, vehicle exhaust, paint fumes, jet fumes, manufacturing process emissions, and agriculture process emissions that cause illnesses.
